We tend to start every year with the best of intentions then become stuck in old patterns because we just don’t know how to make the changes we want to see. So here’s 7 secrets to having better sex in the new year – and in every year after this one! 1. Be present by paying attention to what you’re doing If you’re not paying attention to sex during sex, you know what’s not going to happen. For the female not paying attention makes it more difficult to achieve orgasm. For males, being distracted leads to instances of premature ejaculation, losing erection hardness and being unable to ejaculate. 2. Pay attention to what your partner is doing There’s nothing more thrilling during sex, than both partners being equally attentive. A soldier who served in Afghanistan believes the injuries he suffered during an unloading accident are responsible for his fibromyalgia. Kieran Murphy was part of the U.K. Territorial Army and was hurt while helping to unload materials. He is currently suing the Ministry of Defense for £250,000 ($386, 912) in damages. Kieran Murphy believes the root cause of his fibromyalgia can be traced back to an incident in Afghanistan. The Newmarket Journal reports that he was hurt while unloading materials after one of the rolls fell on him. In addition to breaking several of his teeth, he injured his shoulders and neck. He also lost consciousness. Although the Army considered his injuries minor, Murphy believes that they were the start of ongoing chronic pain and other issues. Murphy shares that he is still suffering years after the incident in Afghanistan. He has fibromyalgia and has difficulty handling any type of physical work. It’s not everyday that you see bacon and men wearing kilts in the same sentence, but lo and behold, male fertility brings two unlikely subjects together in holy matrimony, opposites attracting in this case. Where eating bacon is recently suggested, though not proven, to lower sperm count, wearing kilts, eating white fish, and exercising through yoga and other means only serves to increase the chances of getting your lady love pregnant. The idea seems absurd. Perhaps we should rewind to the moment bacon was hailed to be a major cause of infertility. Well, according to Medical Daily’s reporting from the 2013 American Society for Reproductive Medicine conference, red meat and bacon in particular have been named culprits in preventing pregnancy through lowered sperm count. The Huffington Post provides more detail, pointing out that of the 156 volunteers providing sperm samples and information about their average diet, a negative association was found between processed meats such as hambur…

Male infertility has now been linked to a shorter lifespan. According to researchers, men with semen defects were found to die sooner than their fertile male counterparts, but the risk is low. The finding doesn’t mean a shorter lifespan for some men but it could mean physicians should counsel men who might be at risk. The finding, published in the journal Human Reproduction, is the result of data collected from 12,000 men between the ages 20 and 50. The researchers looked at sperm motility, shape, total sperm count and volume. Why infertility in men could shorten lifespan The reasons for the link between abnormal semen and shorter lifespan isn’t entirely clear, but could include other health risks that trigger defects in sperm production such as diabetes or abnormalities in the blood vessels of the testes. Other reasons for poor sperm quality include certain medications, alcohol and drug use and genetic abnormalities Advertisement – More Below Subscribe to EmaxHealth on YouTube Dr. Mi…
